Interactive performance with audience participation for 6 performers & audience

In 2017 PHACE Ensemble is again asking the audience out on a voyage of sounds through the Abbey of Ossiach. Join these experts in contemporary music to discover the stories told by composers. Yet unheard new pieces will sound through the spaces in and around the Abbey, and music will interact with architecture. Some pieces will be powerful and even fun, “wake-up calls for your ears” whilst other compositions will be sensual, poetic and deep.
Songlines 17 will see the original production of the work “Asterión” of Daniel Serrano which the 3rd International Nikolaus Fheodoroff Composition Prize is awarded to by the Land of Carinthia.
The Carinthian Summer Festival would like to thank the Carinthian Music Academy (CMA), the parish of Ossiach and the Forestry Training Centre of Ossiach (FAST) for their cooperation and for making the spaces available.

With special support of the Abt. 6 UA Kunst und Kultur des Landes Kärnten.
