On her way to school, the girl met a camel!
“Where are you going?” asked the camel.
“To school,” said the girl, “and what about you?“
“I…” said the camel, realising that it had not made any plans for the day. “I’ll go discover our world…!”
So the camel headed out for an eventful day. In the early evening hours when the girl returned from school, it didn’t really recognise the camel at first because it was so colourful. They sat down at the crossroads and the camel told the girl about its adventures. “I want to get to know this world, too!“ said the girl, and they decided to go out to discover the world together the following day!
For thirty years, Marko Simsa has arranged classical music concerts for children. He will bring an enchanting story from and about the Orient to Villach, a story in words and music which he will tell with the help of Marwan Abado, who masterfully plays the short-neck lute-type oud, Salah Ammo from Syria on the Arabian long-neck lute-type bouzouk, and Iranian percussionist Amirkasran Zandian.
