If the shopping process is aborted, the purchase data stored at our end will be erased; the address remains stored due to registration. If a contract is entered into, all data concerning the contractual relations will be stored until the end of the retention period under fiscal law.

Furthermore, the data sets Name, Address, Products purchased and Date of purchase will be stored past this period until the product liability period has expired. Data processing is based on the legal provisions in Sec. 96 par. 3 of the Austrian Telecommunications Act/TKG as well as Art. 6 par. 1 lit a (consent) and/or lit b (necessary for the performance of a contract) GDPR.
